1) Acceptance

By using ONEMOBILE (website and WhatsApp chatbot), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2) Our service

We provide airtime/data purchases, EzCASH rewards, and access to short-term microloans subject to eligibility and affordability assessments. Product availability and pricing may change.

3) Payments

Payments are processed via PayShap and require a verified PayShap ID. We do not store card details. Payment processing uses secure, audited infrastructure.

4) Eligibility & responsible use

• You must provide accurate information and use the service lawfully.
• Loan offers are based on history and affordability and are not guaranteed.
• We may suspend/terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, or legal non-compliance.

5) Fees & charges

Certain services (e.g., loans) may include fees or commissions. Any applicable fees will be disclosed before you confirm a transaction.

6) Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, ONEMOBILE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under South African law.

7) Privacy

Your use of the service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8) Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates are effective upon posting.
